Party Snails Drink Markers from Soulfun Design | Sweet Home Snail Cake Plate from Takae Mizutani and Sons

I’ve never been brave enough to try escargot, but I’d be more than happy to find these snails in the kitchen. The cake plate totally cracks me up – what a creative way to serve up some sweets!

I’ve never tried escargot either. But the tea cup snail is a very cute way to anchor a tea bag.

You HAVE to try escargot! I ate them almost everyday in Paris and they’re my favorite dish at my (also favorite) restaurant here in Philly. When done right, they’re buttery and delicious and have the consistency of mushrooms. The Parisians serve them in the shells with a delicious garlic and herb sauce. Mmmm, now I’m hungry!

Gloria, have you seen pictures of the gigantor snails that are taking over Florida? They look as big as that cake plate!

Escargot ranks really high on my list. Just load it up with butter and garlic – you won’t be sorry!! These critters are pretty cute, too!
